Workshop Description

Discover the Magic of Svaroh, Slavic God of Fire

Enter the sacred forge with Svaroh, the Slavic god of celestial fire, creation, blacksmithing, and transformative craftsmanship. In this workshop replay, Madame Pamita examines the historical threads behind this ancient deity and shows how the metaphor of the forge can help you turn ideas into reality, strengthen yourself through difficulty, and make creativity itself an act of devotion.

More Info

Svaroh is associated above all with sacred fire. In different traditions he may also appear as an elder god, a creator connected with the sky and world tree, or a divine blacksmith who taught humanity to work with fire and metal. Stories of eternal flames, the household hearth, smithing, tools, vows, and marriage all gather around him. Because the surviving evidence is varied, the workshop also explores how mythology evolves and how later stories may preserve the memory of an older fire spirit.
