Periwinkle is sometimes referred to as Joy on the Ground due to it's old english name "Parwynke" and it's association with the rooting stems that spread across the ground, evoking a sense of joy and abundance. 

Love on the Ground is often used in spells for love, lust, prosperity, and mental power. It can also be sprinkled in the home for spiritual protection or sprinkled under the bed to incite lust and attract passion.

A few suggested magical uses for Organic Love on the Ground:

• Burn a bit of the herb on a charcoal as an incense.
• Sprinkle some around a room or property.
• Add some periwinkle to a bath for a relaxing spiritual cleansing.
• Carry a pinch in a mojo bag along with other herbs and talismans.
• Sprinkle a bit on or around a spell candle.
• Add some to a spiritual oil.
