This is my first purchase of release & restore. I love the purple colored oil and it's smell. I used a few drops for the first time in my bath. This oil has been a staple for my daily practice. I use this one combined with the Energetic Purification Oil every night to let go of any remaining negativity, outside energies/influences, and to get restorative sleep. I usually mix a few drops of each into my body lotion which I apply every night before bed.
