Spell using a Love Curse Reversing White Sage Smudge Stick:
- Set the intention of removing all negativity from your love life and bringing in the desired outcome
- Light the black half of the herb bundle first and gently blow on the ember.
- Relight if necessary (it is normal to relight several times as it burns).
- Hold the smudge with one hand and waft the smoke over your space or yourself with the other.
- As the black half burns, focus on sending negativity back to its source and push the smoke in an outward direction.
- When the red half begins burning, focus on bringing in the love that you wish and push the smoke toward you.
- Once the red half has burned as far as it can without burning your fingers,
