To work with a double action candle, you will need to “butt” the candle to prepare it so that you can burn the black part first and the red part second. Butting the candle means cutting off the red top to make it the new bottom of the candle and carving a new top (revealing the wick) on the black part to make it the new top. By doing this you are essentially “turning the tables” on the people working against you.

Next, you will inscribe the black half of the candle with your enemies’ names in reverse writing and dress it in a downward motion in Reversing oil and Sulphur. The red half you will inscribe with your own name and dress in Attraction oil and Damiana.

Finally place the candle red side down and black side up on the mirror. Light the candle, speaking your intention that all negativity leave you and goes back to its source.

Safety first! Let the candle burn while you are at home and awake. If you leave the home or go to sleep, snuff the candle out and re-light it when you return or awake.

Excellent kit

This spell kit was really comprehensive and of a much higher quality than similar kits sold elsewhere. They always feel substantial and a deluxe version.
The ritual instructions and steps were very easy to follow, though I admit to checking the YouTube video by Madame Pamita about how to handle the candle regarding butting and inscribing. Seeing the video was a big help for me regarding the backwards writing. The iron nail that was included for inscribing makes it so much easier than using a pencil or a knife.
After so many years of sporadic spell casting with some excellent results in my younger days and not so great results in my more recent years, this is my first time addressing what may be a negative influence in my love life in the last 17 years or so. Do you know something though, carrying out the ritual felt GREAT and I felt incredibly positive and this was the first ritual I'd ever carried out to address getting rid of any negativity - and I loved the feelings of elation it conjured up in me.
My only issue would be I couldn't really think of the intention to say and I do like it when a spell kit has an incantation or affirmation to go along with the ritual. That being said, however, I felt very present in the moment and positive. I was delighted that the kit arrived the day of the new moon, so I used it as quickly as possible trying to hopefully catch the tail end of the waning moon before it carried on over in to the start of the waxing moon the following day.
Leaving the remains of the ritual at a crossroads was difficult for me, as I often hold on to them and never usually know how to dispose of them, but again the YouTube videos by Madame Pamita are very informative about that, which is something rarely addressed in books, etc. I left mine in the centre reservation of a roundabout where 3 roads meet.
I don't expect instant results, but I loved the feeling of vanquishing old and negative vibes, to bring in fresh and positive ones, and for that alone, made this spell kit well worth it. Highly recommended!
