What You'll Need:

• A Madame Pamita Dragon’s Blood Beeswax Vigil Candle
• A petition paper with a written statement of your intention to protect and strengthen
• Matches or a lighter

Note: A Dressed and Blessed Dragon’s Blood Beeswax Vigil Candle comes with oil and herbs already applied. If getting the plain candle, add the following:

• Dragon’s Blood Oil by Madame Pamita
• A small pinch of herbs to sprinkle on the top, such as Dragon’s Blood Resin.

The Spell:

Begin by cleansing your sacred space and centering yourself. If you are dressing the plain candle, remove the candle from the glass and dress it on top and sides with a few drops of Dragon’s Blood Oil while visualizing a powerful dragon surrounding you with strength and protection. Replace the candle back into the glass.

Place your petition paper with your written statement of your intention to protect and strengthen on a heat-safe surface and place the vigil candle in its glass on top of the paper. If you're using herbs, sprinkle a very small pinch of them on top of the candle.

Light the candle and speak your intention aloud, being specific about the protection or strength you seek. For example: "I protect my family. I shield my relationships. Dragon spirits, I call to you. Guard me from harm. Protect my wealth and property. Create a fiery barrier of safety. I am connected to your strength and power." Visualize a dragon standing guard over you, your loved ones, and your intentions as the candle burns.

Burn the candle daily while it is safe to do so, focusing on your intention each time you light it. When the spell is complete, respectfully dispose of the spell remains while saying "This spell is complete."
