In this immersive Zoom workshop, we’ll turn familiar gaming pieces into practical divination tools. You’ll learn how to read numbers, patterns, placement, and combinations in dice and dominoes and how to create clear methods for questions both simple and complex. Can’t make it live? Casting lots is one of the oldest and most adaptable forms of divination. Dice bring chance, number, and movement into a reading, while dominoes add paired values and relationships. Together they offer an accessible system that can be used almost anywhere with tools that fit in a pocket.

What You’ll Learn:

• The Tradition of Casting Lots: Explore the long history of cleromancy and the use of small marked objects to receive guidance.
• Number Symbolism: Develop a working vocabulary for individual numbers, totals, repetitions, odd and even results, and numerical patterns.
• Reading Dice: Practice one-die, two-dice, and multi-dice methods for yes-or-no questions, situations, timing, and unfolding events.
• Reading Dominoes: Learn how paired pip values, doubles, blanks, and chains can describe relationships, resources, blocks, and opportunities.
• Casting Fields and Layouts: Use zones, boundaries, distance, and direction to add another layer of meaning to a throw.
• Combining the Message: Turn separate numbers and positions into a concise narrative while keeping questions and interpretations ethical.
